The Junior leadership program is designed to help participants develop the skills required to lead strategically and effectively for innovation and growth. 

Managers need to realize tomorrow will be different from today and need to ensure that both they and their teams are ready. Managing teams involves setting long terms goals and developing an inspiring strategy.

The program is designed to be provocative and challenge beliefs. The objective is to foster new thinking. Participants should be those who won’t accept anything but excellence. 

Participants will explore, discuss and take apart modern business beliefs, accepted norms, and myths. The program is designed to challenge management assumptions.

The program follows on from Elevation. Suitable for candidates being considered for management and future leadership. Participants are supported by webinars and individual coaching sessions.

Inspiration propels a person from apathy to possibility and transforms the way they perceive their capabilities.  Inspiration is internal while motivation is external. Together they compel a person to take action. Inspiration is a driving force, while motivation is a pulling force.

  • Learn how to avoid and end Procrastination for good
  • Attain easy to learn techniques to stay motivated and productive
  • Boost self-esteem and becoming fearless
