General

Learning online has become a popular alternative to traditional learning methods in recent years due to the fact that it is, in many ways, more accessible and practical. As long as you have a computer and a reliable internet connection, you can connect from anywhere in the world.

At Frameworks, you will have access to a variety of methodology, such as:

  • Pre-recorded video lessons that explain and provide you with demonstrations.
  • Articles and video clips that offer additional perspectives on the lessons.
  • Case studies
  • Interactive chat rooms
  • Individual and group exercise
  • Variety types of exercises

Throughout the program, our team is with you every step of the way. We encourage you and your fellow participants to discuss, swapping relevant questions, and sharing articles. The more you can engage with your Coach and peers; the more productive and enjoyable your learning experience will be.

You will receive a verification email. Once you verified your account, you’ll receive a confirmation email along with instructions on where to go next. Important note: Be aware of the starting date and the deadline for the program.



Access to the modules is available to you 24/7. You can access it at any time as long it meets the deadline

Success in our program takes an independent, organized, and motivated learner to get the most out of this flexible learning environment. So, the more you put in, the more you’ll get out.

The most important requirement is a stable internet connection. While our online programs are accessible on mobile devices or tablets, we strongly encourage you to use a desktop or laptop to get the best experience possible. Having your own headphones or headset is also recommended, as generally, you will be seeing a lot of our learning videos.

Be sure to check your Spam folder. Especially if it is your first time receiving an email from us, this can happen quite often. If you still don’t see the email, please contact our team for help.

Go to the “Login” page and click on “Lost your password?”. This will take you through the steps to create a new password. 

Technical

My Program

Once you sign up and receive a confirmation email, you’re in. However, before you begin any module, the first step to do is enroll in the module. Please check out your Program Guide for detailed instructions.

If you cannot continue, please go back to the previous page or exercise. Make sure that you have finished or marked it ‘complete’. If you have completed them all and are still unable to continue, please  contact our team, we’d be happy to help.

Unfortunately, you cannot. You can only start and finish the modules based on the set timeline.

One of the great things about taking an online program is that once the module has opened, you can sign in to access it at any time. As long as you can finish the module within the required timeframe, you do not actually need to start the lesson on the scheduled starting date.

Fortunately, you will have ample time to complete most assignments. So, even if you are unavailable for a couple of days, you can continue working on your assignments when you’re ready. However, if you will be gone for an extended period of time, it is important to inform your manager or contact us as soon as possible to determine what, if any, arrangements can be made for your situation.

Well done! You will have 60 days of read-only access to revisit and reflect on the course material.  

When you have successfully completed the entire program, you will be eligible to receive a certificate of completion. To ensure your eligibility, these are the requirements:

  • Completed all the modules in timely manner
  • Actively using the Behavior Tracker App
  • Active participation and engagement in any discussions
